A 23X22, two level HO layout that incorporates a five tier Helix and a lot of industries. This exciting miniature railroad empire depicts the North Carolina and West Virginia area of our country. With the sound of today's sound equipped locomotive power, this layout vibrates with excitement.

What a great layout. Our family visited the club. The members were very gracious....
What a great layout. I arrived around 5pm with a plan of spending a few minutes but the fellas who were present gave me the royal treatment. Found the stay a lot of fun as well as very informative. If our family ever moves from CT. it sure will be Wilmington. If that happens, will certainly join this group. By the way, stayed until 8pm. Had that much fun.
Tremendous layout. Really like the design of the railroad. The members have so much layout in such a small space. I think Mr. Benton told me the lay out was 20x21.
My son enjoyed it too. We were in Wilmington just a few weeks back.

Had a very pleasant time visiting this club. Second layout we saw that day. The first one was downtown Wilmington by the river.
The highlight, though was the layout by the Domino's Pizza place. Forget the gentleman's name but he was full of enthusiasm and very generous in his time. Even let my two youngsters operate some trains. They are still talking about their stay which was well over an hour.
An Impressed visitor from Kansas
Did not know the peoples' names who hosted our visit last fall but they were so nice to take time to show my family how to run the small trains. Lionel trains is the only thing I knew but the smaller size equipment the Cape Fear Western have is neat.
Thanks to whomever for your hospitality.

Membership did a wonderful job constructing a railroad empire in smaller than normal space. Especially for a train club. I have visited many clubs over the years of travel and the three gentlemen who were in attendance gave my wife and me the best ever royal treatment.

Very nice model railroad. We also saw the museum railroad but the one near the Pizza place was better. Members were very friendly to.

Great layout!!! The two gentlemen who were there gave us a interesting lesson in running trains. My son is now hooked.

Thanks Mr. Bell.

Had the opportunity to visit your club during the 4th of July. Could not stay very long but the fellow who was present versed us well about the club.
My eldest daughter was with me. She truly enjoyed the opportunity to see the trains run.
Thank you very much.
