- March 25, 2008

Let me start by saying I had been a customer of this business for years. I purchased a RC Car for my son over Christmas. In a nutshell when I went to return the item two hours later, I was told they would not take it back. The owners wife rolled her eyes at me, was extremely rude, and made it seem as though this was a personal assault against her, not a business transaction. After several conversations I was finally able to return the item for a $30.00 "re-stocking fee". Both the owner and his girlfriend were extremely rude, impatient, and unprofessional. I called there corporate and never received a phone call back. I am a small business owner as well. If I conducted my business like this I would have no customers. I will never return to this business again.
